What happens after you book
- Offers go out instantly. Your job is sent to the best-matched cleaners near you — rating, reliability, distance and your favorites all count. First to accept gets it.
- You get a name and a face. We text you when your cleaner is confirmed, with their rating and reviews. Chat with them in the app.
- Track the clean. On the way → arrived → cleaning → done, with before and after photos.
- Pay when it is done. Your card is authorized at booking and only charged after the clean. Tip in the app — 100% goes to your cleaner.
- Not happy? Tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean the missed areas free, or credit your account.
